Breakfast Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 oz. bulk sausage
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cook sausage; crumble and drain.
    Line pie crust with cheese.
    Add sausage and cover with remaining cheese.
    Mix eggs, salt, pepper and milk.
    Pour over cheese and sausage.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
