Slimmer Shake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple grapefruit juice
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. thawed frozen raspberries or strawberries
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
4 ice cubes
Preparation

Combine ingredients in blender.
Run on high until smooth and well blended.
Makes 2 1/4 cups.
