7-Up Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. 7-Up
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco together.
    Add sugar, then add flour alternating with an egg, until all flour and eggs have been added.
    Add lemon extract and gradually fold in 7-Up.
    Pour in lightly greased tube pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Do not open oven while baking.
    Cool in pan for 3 minutes.
