Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick oleo
    6 medium squash, cooked
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Bake cornbread and crumble into mixing bowl. Saute onion in margarine. Add onion and remaining ingredients to crumbled cornbread. Mix well; pour into buttered or oiled casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 until set and browned around edges. Top with cheese after taking out of oven, if desired.
