Soy Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. tomatoes
    8 onions
    1/2 c. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. red or black pepper
    1 pt. vinegar
    2 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Peel and slice
    tomatoes.
    Slice
    onions
    over this and add salt.
    Let stand
    overnight.
    The next morning, rinse with clear water.
    Add spices
    and vinegar.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Add sugar. Cook 30 minutes more.
    Put in jars and cold pack 10 to 15 minutes.
