Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) box Jell-O (any flavor)
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Heat pineapple with juice.
    Stir in Jell-O.
    Stir in Cool Whip until all lumps are gone.
    Add milk and nuts.
    Put in refrigerator to chill.
