Shrimp And Crab Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. okra
    6 oz. V-8 juice
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    Tony Chachere original season (season to taste)
    additional salt (if needed)
    2 c. diced bell pepper
    2 c. diced onions
    1 c. diced celery
    2 c. plain flour
    4 lb. fresh peeled shrimp
    1 lb. crab (claw) meat
    1/4 lb. bacon
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 Tbsp. fil
Preparation
    (1.) Mix bell peppers, onions, celery, parsley and bay leaves in a gallon of boiling water. Reduce heat and continue cooking until Step #5 is complete.
