Orange-Poppy Seed Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Cover and chill 2 hours. Makes 1 cup; 30 calories per 2 tablespoons.
