German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped pressed apples (approximately 4 to 5 apples)
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Combine the flour, cinnamon, soda and salt. Add to egg mixture and mix well. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into greased 13 x 9 baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
