Autumn Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
    1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Make pastry for one 9-inch pie.
    Beat ingredients together with rotary beater.
    Pour into pastry lined pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
