Norwegian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    3 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together with sugar.
    Make a well and add other ingredients to dry mixture; mix until smooth.
    Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
    Pour in mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
