Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust
    1 small pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar
    1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 small can sliced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
