Barbecued Lima Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. dried lima beans
    1 small onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak beans several hours.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt, water to cover and 1/2 the cubed bacon.
    Cook until beans are tender; drain, reserving 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Brown onion and garlic in bacon fat. Add next 5 ingredients and bean liquid.
    Simmer 15 minutes. Alternate beans and sauce in a casserole.
    Cover with remaining bacon strips.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
