Easiest Every Spaghetti Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 sliced onion
    1/4 chopped green pepper
    1/2 lb. ground round beef
    2 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste
    4 1/2 cans water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. minced garlic
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and beef in oil.
    When beef has lost its red color, add 1 can tomato paste.
    Stir.
    Add 2 cans water; stir.
    Add second can of tomato paste; stir.
    Add remaining water, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
    Cook for approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until on the thick side.
    Use a heavy steel pot; cover.
