Lemon Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
grated rind of 1 lemon
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1 1/2 c. milk
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Preparation

Add blended sugar, flour and salt to melted butter.
Add lemon juice and rind and mix well.
Add egg yolks and milk.
Stir well.
