Sweet Potato Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix the first 6 ingredients with egg yolks.
    Add milk.
    Beat egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar.
    Fold in beaten egg whites.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0; bake until firm.
