Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    3 to 4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1/4 c. milk
    1 basic (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour and cornmeal.
    Stir to mix.
    Add the eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add the butter, lemon juice, lemon peel and milk.
    Beat well.
    Pour the filling into the unbaked pie crust.
    Bake for 50 to 55 minutes until the filling is set in the center and the top is golden brown.
    Remove from the oven and cool before slicing.
