Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. corn, cut off cob
1 large pod red bell pepper
4 or 5 c. sugar
4 or 5 c. vinegar
Preparation

Add all ingredients in large pan; cook at low heat until done. This recipe varies, depending on how sweet and how hot you need. Just add more or less of sugar, vinegar or bell pepper to suit your taste.
