Zucchini Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Add the zucchini and pineapple.
    Mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture, blending well.
    Stir in nuts.
