King Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
tortillas
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Cook chicken.
Remove from bone and cut into bite sizes.
Save the broth.
Arrange tortillas dipped in chicken broth in a large flat casserole.
Place a layer of chicken on top of tortillas. Sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
Add peppers, onion (cooked in small amount of oil if desired), soup, chili powder and cheese; pour mixture over tortillas and chicken.
Pour tomatoes with juice over mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly through.
This can be prepared and frozen.
