Mom'S Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 apples
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. flour
1 double pie crust, uncooked
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel, core and chop apples.
Mix sugar, salt, flour and cinnamon.
Toss apples in dry mixture to coat.
Put apples into unbaked pie shell and dot with the butter.
Cover with remaining shell, crimping and trimming edges to seal.
Bake 15 minutes at 450\u00b0, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes more.
