Artichoke Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chicken Rice-A-Roni, cooked and cooled
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    8 stuffed olives, sliced
    1/4 tsp. curry powder
    1 can baby shrimp
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts, cut in fourths
    1/3 c. mayonnaise plus 1 heaping tsp.
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cool rice and mix all ingredients together.
    Chill overnight. Toss again and garnish with parsley and baby tomatoes.
