Chicken Wings Mediterranean - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. chicken wings
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1/4 tsp. basil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. tomato juice
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. bacon or chicken fat
1 whole clove
1 tsp. parsley flakes
4 small carrots, sliced
1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation

Cut tips from chicken wings and discard; coat wings with mixture of flour and salt. Brown in fat in a large frypan; drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Cover. Cook slowly 30 minutes. Uncover; cook several minutes longer or until sauce thickens. Serve with cooked spaghetti. Makes 4 servings.
