Flounder With Crabmeat Stuffing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flounder
1 lb. crabmeat
1 tube crackers
1 egg
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 sticks celery
1 chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 stick oleo
Preparation
-
Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic salt in oleo.
Add crabmeat, crackers and egg.
Make lengthwise split in one side of flounder.
Stuff with crabmeat mixture.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
