Estelle'S Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
2 to 3 eggs (separate egg whites in separate bowl)
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 small can evaporated milk
1 can water
cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients (except egg whites). Add small can evaporated milk; mix until creamy. Add can of water, more if needed. Stir slowly over low heat until thickens. Pour into cooked/cooled pie shell. Beat egg whites, 2 tablespoons sugar and pinch of cream of tartar. Spread meringue over pie and bake until brown.
