Quick Chicken Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 c. cooked rice
bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix together and place in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
Microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes. Rest 5 minutes.
Serves 6.
