Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Mix in order given.
    Pour into greased loaf or Bundt pan.
    May use 2 loaf pans per recipe.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes and remove from pan.
