Yellow Squash And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 small onions, chopped
    1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 lb. yellow squash, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Heat butter in
    a
    skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion and saute until
    tender,
    but not browned.
    Add squash, water, salt and pepper.
    Reduce
    heat and simmer, covered, 20 minutes or until tender.
