French Onion Soup(French) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 medium onions, sliced
    3 qt. water
    1 jar (18) bouillon cubes (beef)
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
    brown sugar
    shredded cheese
    croutons
Preparation
    Boil water. Turn down to medium. Add onions, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook for approximately 1 hour. Add salt, pepper and brown sugar to taste.
    Simmer for an additional 1 hour.
    Place in bowls with croutons.
    Sprinkle cheese over top. Serves 6 to 8.

    Medium.
    Cooking time:
    2 hours.
