Buckeyes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. smooth peanut butter
1 1/2 lb. 4x confectioners sugar
1/2 lb. margarine, melted
Preparation

Melt butter; mix in sugar thoroughly.
Add peanut butter.
Mix by hand.
Form into balls about half size of walnuts.
Insert toothpick and place on waxed paper covered cookie sheet.
Place in freezer until firm.
Dip about 3/4 of ball in chocolate.
Place on waxed paper to dry.
Store in freezer or refrigerator.
Use same dipping chocolate as for Chocolate Covered Cherries.
