Jalapeno Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sliced jalapenos (nacho; Clemente Jacque brand)
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 large eggs
    1/4 to 1/8 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer bottom of pie pan or 11 x 9 x 2-inch glass pan with jalapenos.
    Top with 2 cups shredded cheese.
    Beat 6 eggs with approximately 1/8 to 1/4 cup milk.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Let cool before cutting.
