Broccoli Quiche In Hash Brown Potato Crust - cooking recipe

2 c. unpeeled, shredded raw potatoes
1 onion, chopped or shredded
1/4 c. Egg Beaters
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray 9 to 10-inch glass pie plate with nonstick spray.
Drain shredded potatoes on paper towels and squeeze out excess moisture.
Place in medium bowl and mix with onion and Egg Beaters.
Mix flour and seasoned salt together; then mix into potato mixture until evenly distributed.
Pat this mixture in pie plate so it is evenly spread over bottom and sides to the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool and refrigerate if not using immediately.
