Hot Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (29 oz.) can \"lite\" sliced peaches
    1 (16 oz.) can \"lite\" pear halves, sliced
    1 (16 oz.) can \"lite\" apricot halves, sliced
    1 (16 1/2 oz.) can pitted Bing cherries
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in its own juice
    2 bananas, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. curry
    6 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
Preparation
    Drain peaches, pears, apricots, cherries and pineapple chunks. Sprinkle bananas with lemon juice.
    Mix all fruits together with the bananas.
    Transfer to a 3-quart glass baking dish.
