Ingredients

2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. egg whites
1/2 c. chopped raisins, dates, apples or cherries
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Stir in fruit and nuts.
Drop by slightly rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Leave 4 inches between cookies.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Contains no fat, no cholesterol.
