Quesadillas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. Tabasco brand green pepper sauce
12 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
thin slices of ham, cut into 1/2 inch strips
2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted, and sliced
1/3 c. chopped tomato
4 c. canned whole peeled tomatoes; coarsely chopped and undrained
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
Preparation

Place six tortillas on flat surface.
Spread about 1/2 teaspoon of Tabasco brand green pepper sauce on each.
