Doris' Jalapeno Pepper Poppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 medium fresh jalapeno peppers
    4 oz. cream cheese, softened
    10 bacon strips, halved
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half; remove seeds. Stuff with 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Wrap with slice of bacon and secure with toothpick. Place on broiler rack that has been coated with nonstick spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
