Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

1 box German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. bag caramels
1 c. chocolate chips
2 c. pecan pieces
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Use a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour half in the pan. Cook for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
