Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Peel and core apples, slice into greased pan and pour lemon juice over top.
Blend flour, salt, sugar, spices and shortening as for pie crust.
Spread over apples and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
