Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 Tbsp. water
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 c. hot prepared instant mashed potatoes
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, cut in 1/4-inch cubes
    1 c. cooked mixed peas and carrots
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    In a medium bowl place beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, 2 tablespoons water, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
    Mix with hands until well combined.
