Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (27 oz.) stewed tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium onion
    1 c. celery, diced
    4 oz. can mushrooms
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, add onion and saute.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook macaroni in salted water for 5 to 6 minutes; drain. Mix all ingredients and put in greased casserole dish.
    Bake, covered, at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
