Oriental Pork Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh ground pork
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 green pepper, chunked
    3 green onions, sliced
    1 (13 oz.) undrained pineapple chunks
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. white vinegar
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine pork, bread crumbs, egg, soy sauce, ginger and mustard. Mix well.
    Shape into 4 to 6 patties.
    Heat oil in a large frying pan.
    Brown patties in oil; drain fat.
    Add green pepper, onion and pineapple with juice.
    Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Blend together sugar, cornstarch, vinegar and water.
    Add to frying pan. Stir until thickened and clear.
    Serve over cooked rice.
