Blueberry Quick Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. margarine or butter (1 1/2 sticks)
    1 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
    4 large eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    With pastry blender or 2 knives used scissor fashion, cut in margarine or butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
    Stir in chopped walnuts.
    In small bowl beat eggs slightly; beat in milk and vanilla until well mixed.
    Stir into flour mixture just until flour is moistened.
    Gently stir in blueberries; spoon batter evenly into Bundt pan.
