Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    2 c. frozen egg substitute
    1/4 c. water
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    2 Tbsp. peppers, diced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. reduced fat Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine egg, water, 2 tablespoons taco sauce, peppers, salt and pepper.
    Coat nonstick skillet with Pam.
    Cook egg mixture in skillet, stirring frequently.
    Warm tortillas.
    Top each tortilla with 1 tablespoon taco sauce and cheese along with eggs.
    Place seam-side down on platter.
    Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Serves 6.
