Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    enchilada or burrito shells
    1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (mild)
    1 lb. ground beef or chicken
    1 onion
    1 pkg. enchilada, taco or burrito mix
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion or cook chicken; drain. Add all other ingredients; simmer 5 minutes. Dip each tortilla in sauce to coat each side. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and fill with 2 to 3 tablespoons filling. Do all the tortillas; roll as you fill. Cover with all remaining sauce. Top with the shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
