Vinegar Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add dry ingredients, egg, vinegar and water.
    Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Line pie pan with pastry.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
    Pour in filling and continue baking until crust is brown.
