Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, grated
    2 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    1 tsp. orange extract
    3 c. cake flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    7/8 c. Wesson oil
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Make sure all teaspoons are level when measuring.
