Oven Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. pork ribs, cut into serving size pieces
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/3 c. chili sauce (bottled)
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of bottled hot pepper sauce
    3 thin lemon slices
Preparation
    In large saucepan, add enough salted water to ribs to cover. Cover pan and simmer until almost tender or done, about 1 hour. Meanwhile, in saucepan, melt butter; add garlic and cook 4 to 5 minutes.
    Add rest of ingredients and bring to boiling.
    Drain ribs; place in shallow baking pan.
    Pour boiling sauce over ribs. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, basting often.
    Makes 4 servings.
