German Beef Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 to 3 lb. pork
1 large onion
1 (28 oz.) can undrained sauerkraut
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. caraway seed
1 (16 oz.) can undrained diced tomatoes
1 pkg. hot dogs (optional)
Preparation

Trim fat off meat.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
Heat oil in 5-quart Dutch oven.
Brown meat and onion in oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for about 2 1/2 hours.
