Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. diced green or red pepper
    1 1/2 c. hash brown potatoes (frozen)
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    picante sauce
    sour cream
    12 flour tortillas (8 inch size)
Preparation
    Brown
    sausage\tin
    a
    large skillet. Add the onion and pepper.
    Cook
    until tender.
    Drain off grease.
    Add potatoes; cook for 6 to 8 minutes or until tender.
    Add eggs; stir. Cook until
    eggs
    are
    set.
    Brown
    tortillas
    in
    hot oil.
    Divide filling
    mixture
    between
    12 tortillas, placing picante sauce down
    the
    center.\tSprinkle with cheese (sour cream on side). Burritos can be made in advance, refrigerated or frozen.
    Heat in microwave.
