Grilled Beef Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak
    1/2 c. commercial reduced calorie Italian dressing
    1/4 c. Burgundy or other dry red wine
    12 boiling onions
    12 large mushrooms
    2 large sweet red peppers, seeded and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    2 medium zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Trim fat from steak; cut into 1-inch pieces and place in a zip-top heavy-duty plastic bag.
    Combine Italian dressing and wine; pour over steak.
    Seal bag and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
    Cook onions in boiling water to cover 3 minutes; drain well and set aside.
